Amateur golfers interested in participating in the Team Challenge Pro-Am are able to complete the relevant entry form by clicking here.
Entries to the Team Challenge Pro-Am will be prioritised once allocations to tournament sponsors have been undertaken but will initially be placed on a waiting list in receipt date order.
