Amateur golfers seeking to qualify for a place in the 2010 NSW Open field, will be provided a link to download the NSW Open entry form in PDF format. Please complete the details and return by fax to 02 9505 9199.

Team Challenge Pro-Am:
Amateur golfers interested in participating in the Team Challenge Pro-Am will be able to complete the relevant entry form by a click through link here.
Entries to the Team Challenge Pro-Am will be prioritised once allocations to tournament sponsors have been undertaken but will initially be placed on a waiting list in receipt date order.
